Return and Refund Policy

Returns

Our policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by upon receiving the product, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Unless it is a defect, we will not be responsible for return shipping charges.

Please contact us prior returning the item(s) to us. Any item(s) returned without any prior communication with our team will be denied.

To complete your return, please include the original invoice that came with your package.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable): Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error; or any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery. Please speak with us to check if your purchase is eligible for return.

For cases and products that come with the reusable stickers, returns will be rejected if the sticker has been peeled off / used.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If it has been approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please check with your bank for your refund - we do not know how many days different banks will need to process refunds.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. You may want to contact your bank as well to check with your bank account.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at help@candies-gifts.com. We appreciate if you can include your name and order number to expedite the process of identifying your transaction.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale and discounted items (through the use of discount codes) will not be exchanged or returned.

Exchanges (if applicable)

While items will be checked before shipping, we only replace items if they are defective or damaged from our side. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email prior shipping at help@candies-gifts.com and send your item to:

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item unless the item(s) is/are default. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping for the original order will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item or items over a total of USD $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance as we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
