Impact on delivery due to COVID-19
Due to travel and work restrictions both locally and internationally under the outbreak of COVID-19, we are currently experiencing severe delays in the delivery of your orders.
To those who shop with us regularly, you will also see changes to the usual delivery options. We work with a third-party shipping service provider - the list of options available at the checkout is automatically generated using their service, displaying the most up-to-date options that are currently available. With many international services suspended and deep international freight cuts, you may only see a limited selection of choices at a more pricy cost. We apologise for any inconvenience.
Once your order has been shipped, our system automatically notifies you with a tracking number via email. Please always check your spam box if you don't see any. We will also get in contact with you via email if we were notified that there has been delivery problems with your order.
If you don't reach the minimum for free delivery and want us to reserve certain products for purchase when more options are available when things get better; or if you have any other questions about delivery, feel free to get in touch with us. We are here to provide as much help as possible.
