How Soon Will You Ship My Order?

Please allow 1-2 business days for us to prepare your purchase.

In case we do not have the item(s) you purchased with us in our office, we will have the item(s) to be transferred from our warehouse to our office for shipping. If this is the case, please allow us an extra few days before we ship your order.

How Will You Ship My Order and How Much Does It Cost?

We offer an array of shipping choices at checkout through our partnership with Easyship. The available shipping choices will be shown upon checkout for selection; with detailed estimated shipping times, rates and import tax estimation payable by the buyer, if applicable.

Orders to Hong Kong:
All orders will enjoy free shipping service regardless of order value or weight.
Our logistics team with dispatch your order using the most suitable shipping method according to our shipping system.

Orders to Taiwan:
Enjoy free shipping on us if your order is USD$50 or above!
Should your order reached USD$50 and wish to have your order delivered by SF Express, due to their company policies, please kindly provide the following information in the “NOTE” section at checkout.

a). Your business license number (8 digits) if the delivery address is a business address;
OR
b). Your ID number (10 digits) if the delivery address is a private/residential address.

Orders to All Other Countries:
Enjoy free shipping on us if orders are USD$200 or above!

How Long Does It Take For My Order To Arrive?

Our most commonly used delivery service is the national postal service of the destination country. Regretfully, delivery time is not guaranteed for standard postal services, and they only serve as a reference, therefore we suggest that you choose an expedited / courier delivery service (UPS, DHL, FedEx, etc.) at checkout should you have a date that you’d like to meet.

How Can I Check My Order Status?

You can simply track your order by signing into your account and click on the order that you have placed. Sometimes there can be delays for information to be updated.

Will My Order Be Delivered To My House Address Or To The Post Office?

In most situations, as long as you have entered the correct address, your order will be delivered to your doorstep. However, there is a VERY rare chance that door-to-door delivery is not available in certain areas/countries.

In some cases, if no one was around during delivery, your parcel can be redirected to the nearest post office for collection. Should this have happened, you will be required to pick up the parcel yourself or arrange the redelivery of the parcel. Unfortunately, we can’t reschedule anything should the parcel has already reached the destination as we are not the designated consignee.

My Order Has Been Returned To The Sender, Why Is This So?

Your order can be returned to us due to the following reasons:
1. An incorrect or incomplete address was entered;
2. The undelivered parcel was redirected to a nearby post office but was not picked up after a certain amount of days;
3. Unpaid import taxes at customs.

There are also other reasons that can result in your parcel being returned to us. If this is the case, please contact your local post office for the quickest response.

What Can I Do If The Parcel Has Been Returned To The Sender?

If this has happened due to shipping errors not by our side, unfortunately, we will need to charge a second delivery charge if you want the parcel redelivered. We will resend the parcel once we have received the original returned one.

Should you wish to have a refund due to this cause, please contact us as soon as you find out about the parcel. We will be happy to issue a refund once we have received the returned parcel. Unfortunately, we can only refund the shipping charges when the error was derived from our side.

Import Tax and Duties

Estimation for import taxes based on the value of the order will be provided when you select your delivery options.

"No Import Taxes" means that the order value did not exceed the tax threshold for the destination country, and no import taxes will be applicable when the parcel enters the destination country.

Customs policies vary by country and the shipment may be subject to customs-related fees. When you order from Candies and have the shipment delivered to an overseas address out of Hong Kong, you are considered the importer of the purchased products and therefore you may be responsible for any customs-related charges if the order exceeds the tax threshold of the destination country.

Please do not return your item(s) purchased because of the customs-related charges when the item(s) reached the destination. We will not facilitate any returns or refunds because of this matter.
